Below are the frequently asked questions you are likely to ask us and we hope the answers given are direct and clear enough. But please feel free to contact us if you are still unclear about certain aspects. (have a good read).

How soon should i book my event with you?
The earlier the better. You should book your day as soon as yo are sure of your dates.

Will there be down payment before event?
Yes. You will have to pay 80% of your total picture package price before we can have a valid arrangement. Also, a non-refundable fee of N20,000 must be paid to secure your day before you make your 80% down payment. The N20,000 will be from your total package fee. For example, your chosen package fee is N80,000 and 80% of it is N64,000. You pay N20,000 immediately to secure your day and then N44,000 later on ( latest 4wks before d-day ).

How many pics and album will i be getting?
Depending on the album stlye you chose for your day, it ranges from 100 pics to 300 pics and album could be from 1 to 4 albums. Please note that a "max of 100 or 150 or 200 or 300 pictures" means TOTAL pics and NOT PER album.

Can you travel out of lagos for events?
Yes!. You specified your event location(s) and the number of days it will take and you will be charge accordingly (at a reasonable fee). We prefer to get to my client' event location a day before when its outside lagos.

How long will you be staying during my event?
As long as we both agreed on. But if new events comes up and they are outside our former picture agreement, then its left to you to order for more shooting and this service will be charged accordingly. Its best when you are explicit about your pictures/event requirements before your day.

Will i be getting my digital negative files?
No!. I don't give out dital negatives. what we do give out is Pics-To-Web CD of all the shots taken. You can then use this to book your reprints and also email your pictures to friends and family.

When should i be expecting my pictures?
Your picture album package will be ready for collection 3 - 4 weeks after event (depending on your album style). If you are staying outside lagos and you want to have your package delivered to you, the transportation fee will be charged. This also apply to reprints delivery.

What is Destiny Style Album?
This is our new premium picture album service and its so different from the normal picture arrangements. Its a creative picture composite with lovely layout which comes in 6by8 and 8by8 inches sizes. A sneak preview will be available online soon but for now do call us for a hard copy portfolio.

What is Pics - To - Web CD?
Pics to web cd is a digital collections of all the good shots taken during your event. They are usually more than the actually pictures printed. The digital quality is great for viewing onscreen and if you want, you can still print lovely passport size pictures from them. They are soley for emailing to friends and family after your event and can also be used to book your reprints and enlagements. For reprints, you don't need to come to me. All you have to do is to use the image numbers to select the ones you want and either send them in a text or better still, you could mail them to us at reprints@eikonworld.com but please do notify us (by calling) about your mail.

How will i get my pictures?
Once your picture package is ready, you will be notified. It now depend on where you are staying...we can meet you at your office or home (provided it is within lagos state). You could also send someone trustworhy to collect it. And if you like, we could send it to your folks house. For delivery outside lagos, you will have to pay the transpotation fee. Please note that final payment must be made before album can be completely handed over.

I wish to make extra copies of my prictures, how can i do that?
You will have to use the Pics-To-Web CD provided with your package. Each image is carefully label to follow the shooting sequence of your event. Identify the image and state the nos of prints you want. Its that simple. You can then call or text me or send mail to reprints@eikonworld.com

Will you be the one taking the pictures?
Yes fred will be the one taking your pictures. Unless you booked quite late and we are already fix for one of your days. (which is why you need to book your day as soon as possible). If this do occur, you will be given a good and reliable photographer whose work we can vote for.
